Me and my friends (3 adults, kid & dog) had our Tulum trip planned and booked for 5 months and just days prior to to the trip, we learned our accommodation was not available anymore. "We had a large group and chose Casa Vida for the bedrooms, large living room & rooftop area. All the rooms were as described and the pictures were accurate. It’s a really nice place. A/C worked well and hosts were very attentive to all our needs. We had several places to eat quality food within a 5 minute walk, including a market. There’s also a grocery store not too far away. I’d recommend staying here if you’re looking at places around this area."

"This place was great for a group! We had 12 which was a good size, although it can fit many more. We didn't have anyone upstairs since those rooms don't have AC but the AC worked very well in the downstairs bedrooms. Just a note, make sure to close your doors or else lots of mosquitos come in! "OMG...this was the perfect get away for my birthday ! The villa looked exactly like photos. It was even more beautiful in person. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The hosts were everything! They helped with transportation, decorations, finding a chef and local recommendations. They were even flexible with check-out time, as my friends and I had a late departure from Tulum.
