"The concierge staff were amazing to deal with. We had issues upon arrival where the roof was inaccessible and the team did everything they could to compensate us for the discrepancy! The chef was amazing 10/10 would recommend booking. The location was great, amazing restaurants and cafe near by in walking distance! We felt safe. Other than the roof, the house was exactly as described. Clean and large living spaces. Thank you for a great week in Tulum."

"We had a wonderful time at Kate’s house. The roads were very bumpy to get to the house, but completely accessible. We were not able to get into the ocean at the property due to the sargassum (we knew this would be a possibility due to the time of year we visited) so we used the pool everyday. The beach in the center of town were completely clean due to the barrier the town put up in the water . Overall it was a wonderful time and a beautiful house. "
