“Love the location. The hotel staff was great. If you need somewhere that has great air conditioning this is the place for you. The cozy rooms are truly cozy, but well appointed with a decent size bathroom. Depending where your room is, it can be a little challenging finding your room, try and use the same elevator or staircase. The bar staff was only okay. It took awhile to get any help at the bar which didn’t look busy, and the staff didn’t seem friendly, maybe it was an off day.”

“Mark was very kind to help us with minor issues we had getting into the property. It is VERY well appointed and the breakfast was fantastic! What was particularly nice was the spacious 'dining room' with an amazing rooftop patio. “Hotel is very well situated. Staff were pleasant and helpful. It would be nice to be able to just buy coffee in the breakfast room even if you are not having breakfast i rather than having to buy one expensive cup at the bar. As with many hotels in Europe/UK and even the US, there is little room for luggage so it is frustrating having to step around luggage on the floor and we did not bring big bags. Often for two travelers, two luggage racks and room to set them up would be great. It was nice……
