Ferrelview Vacations from $442

I didn’t like that it was a hotel/apartment complex. People were partying and fornicating for everyone to see

Unfortunately, our experience at The Elms did not live up to the expectations or the price we paid for our 3-night stay. Given the premium rates, especially for a busy weekend, we expected a higher standard of cleanliness, comfort, & attention to detail. Upon arriving late at night, I got into bed only to discover what appeared to be a blood stain on the bedding right my eye level. We also found leftover food in the freezer of the mini refrigerator from a previous guest. The bathroom presented another significant issue. None of the two faucets or two showerheads had adequate water flow. We had to call maintenance, and the staff member who came to assist us was very pleasant and helpful. We were told that water had been shut off earlier in the week for pipe cleaning, & rust buildup in the faucet ,& showerheads was causing the problem. Our room was clean, spacious, and the bathroom was well stocked with towels, toilet paper, and lotions. From checkin to checkout the staff were always cheerful and helpful. There was a variety of breakfast selections that were available. Parking was great and the location of this facility was near several areas where shopping and restaurants were numerous. This was a great place to stay.

Front desk Staff was amazing very clean but very outdated and hard low beds hard to sleep in. Housekeeping was bit noisy.
