The room itself was very nice & clean. However, there was only on outlet on the lamp between two queen beds. My husband & I each use a c-pap at night. I tried calling the front desk for some kind of help, but no one ever answered. Tried several times. There is no access to streaming channels & you have to buy a movie if you want to watch a movie! When we checked in at 8:30 p.m. there was no one at the desk. We waited at least 5-8 min before someone showed up & she didn’t seem real happy to be there. They charged us $19 for “resort fees”! There was no warning about that! The outlet in the bathroom is upside down. The big plug in end of the complimentary hair dryer kept falling out of the outlet because it had to go in upside down! The cleanness of the room, bedding & towels are the only reason I gave any stars at all. We will not be staying there again! Also, we could smell cigarette smoke in our room on the 6th floor of the hotel!

Calm and clean place. The paranormal tour was great. Would come again.

The hotel was perfect! The room was clean and had a great feel. We had dinner and drinks at the restaurant and the food and service was amazing!
