First National Bank Tower Tours

Room was disgusting. It did not look like it had been cleaned. There were visible stains on the sheets. There were candy wrappers on the floor. Sink and toilet were dirty. We left and went to another hotel. We didn't even try to get our money back because we felt unsafe while there and just wanted out.

The hotel staff was nice and helpful. The hotel and room was very clean. And the location of this hotel was very easy to get to and also located next to alot of attractions.

This hotel was a bummer. I got in late. I had to ring the bell 3 times to get anyone to come to check me in. He got frustrated with me because I wasn’t signing g things fast enough….i was reading them! The bed was broken (the frame) so if you moved at all it clunked and banged….i had a room with 2 beds and just used the other one. The next morning I looked at things closer. The bathroom mirror hadn’t been cleaned, then I started looking closer and the sink faucet hadn’t been wiped down either. The main light between the beds was covers in dust and grease, also not being cleaned jn a looong time. The carpet was old and fraying. The fridge had a freezer that was full of ice (no room for an ice pack) and the fridge was full of water. At this point I was leaving and skipped the fitness center (if they don’t clean the rooms, what would the work out stuff be like?!) and I skipped breakfast….i just wanted to leave.
