"They are very unprofessional. Even though I had 2 room reservation for my family, when I checked in they said we have no room reserved. I had to find another hotel by taxi in that time. "LOVED Everything - Location (central & sea views), Staff, Service, Rooms (Spacious, Clean & didn’t have the humid/mouldy smell like other hotels in the city), Food (Restaurant & In Room Dining staff go out of their way to ensure your food experience is great!).
