“The room was very clean and all the staffs were absolutely wonderful including Kapil, Nagesh, Tambe and all the housekeeping team. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Imran and Guneet are wonderful hosts and the decor was done beautifully by Guneet. The place is a little gem in Dadar and it is very hard to find such a place anywhere else. Would absolutely love to come back in future.”

“Terrible. We were booked to outdated rooms while our friends had the newly renovated suites which were way nicer. Room had a strong stench of paint that could not be aired out. The hotel was undergoing renovations way outside the communicated hours both in the morning and evening. I would recommend this hotel once the renovations have been completed, not before. Hotel management not accommodating given the inconvenience experienced.”

“Wonderful staff at reception Frank, Thombre driver, Ramlal etc. all of them. Was visiting for an eye procedure at the Insight Eye Clinic and this was extremely convinient. Outdoors is indias famous organized chaos due to its central location outside Dadar station. Inside is tranquil. Lots of food options in the three restaurants at the hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast. Will stay here again if need arises. ”

“Spent 16 nights, the staff made me feel very welcome and at home. The room, location and amenities were excellent. 100 percent recommend. The staff felt like old friends by the time I was to leave.”

“Staff was great. Location was great. Price was good. Bathroom was a bit more of a squeeze than I expected, but otherwise nicely appointed and fine. Best hot shower I ever had in India! I guess the part i didn't understand before i got there was what the 'serviced apartment' concept meant. It meant in my case that there was a suite of three hotel rooms opening into a common lunchroom area with a counter, fridge and large table. “All good but not for my stay again”

“Location is good but no Wifi also also AC is not that powerful. Staff is very helpful.”

“The rooms were clear and was currently updating the decor. The rooms also have double glazed and blocks out a of the traffic noise. The staff are so hopefully and are always on hand. The bathroom is not your typical western type room but is perfectly adequate”

“The room was filthy. The bathroom and bathtub and shower curtain were so dirty that they changed my room. The pillows were stained. No mattress pad on the bed. Horrible experience.”

“This place is a disaster and I can’t believe you had it on your list. It was filthy the sheets were dirty the walls dirty and when I was checking into hotel they informed me that the price was your mistake and charge 550 more They had people coming and going at all hours and the WiFi was not working otherwise I would have made different arrangements. All I can say is it was deplorable. ”
