The BnB was on a quiet park but close enough to the main areas to still be convenient - we slept with the windows open on multiple nights without issue. "A warm welcome on arrival. A nice clean spacious room with all you would need for your stay. Friendly staff in the bar and food available if required and a large beer garden to enjoy if the weather is good. Plenty of choice for breakfast. "

"Moray Cottage was wonderful. David our host is a great host and communicator. When we got to the cottage he came and went over all the necessary information about the cottage. The WiFi worked perfectly for the four of us. David even provided breakfast staples so we hadn’t a need to venture out our first night. The cottage is located a mere hundred yards from the village shop which has everything you could need. The cottage is centrally located between Edinburgh and Glasgow for sightseeing. We had a great time and look forward to staying with David at Moray Cottage on our future trips to Scotland. "

"The Garden Cottage was a quaint and quiet place to stay. Located in the center of the village Gargunnock. It's location in the center of Scotland allowed us to travel in any direction to sight see. We especially liked visiting the Kelpies and Stirling Castle. We will definitely be planning to come back in the future and hope to stay here again."
"Centrally located in the village of Kippen views from lounge were superb. Cottage is very comfortable and well equipped. Kippen is a great village has a Mini Supermarket and two pubs both serving good food. If you are visiting the Homeland as we were Kippen is a great location for motorway to Glasgow and Edinburgh and Fife. Our only criticism was the weather which Kippen or the cottage has no control over!"

The beds were very comfortable and the location beautiful. If you are looking for a rural retreat in order to explore the beautiful scenery, it's a wonderful choice! Word of warning: careful with the upstairs windows as flies like to congregate on them!"
