Very comfortable stay, large room with lovely view. Large bathroom with large bath. Highly convenient service area to make tea/coffee and breakfast. Very clean. Historic property with beautiful lounge area. Excellent parking in safe location. Highly convenient to travel to Liverpool and Birkenhead whilst staying in a rural location.

Fantastic highly recommend, from booking excellent communication. Room clean and spacious stopped with 2 adults 4 children. Close to amenities, Liverpool 1, dock and train station. Staff very helpful and help me with parking where to go. And such a good add on if want late check out. Can’t recommend enough for friends couples or families.

First visit. Great room and service throughout my stay. Excellent view of Stanley docks and Hill Dickinson stadium. 1.5 mile from centre - £6 taxi was quick and easy. Breakfast - lots of variety and good value. £10/day parking was reasonable -main car park quickly fills up. 5/5 recommended.
