Poderia ser melhor

A nossa estadia foi razoável. Já estivemos no ano passado e achei que pioraram na parte da alimentação . O jantar que estava marcado às 19 nunca estava pronto às 19’hrs . As opções de proteína foram bem fracas .Os garcons estavam mais preocupados em conversar do que prestar atenção nos clientes para poder fazer pedido . Teve um dia de café da manhã que foi caótico , além de não ter lugar para sentar estavam faltando vários itens e demoraram para reposição. O quarto era bem razoável, mas dentro do esperado, e o banheiro foi bem mal projetado pq o vaso fica em frente da pia de forma muito próxima . A limpeza de quarto foi bem demorada , tanto que deu o horário de fazerem a limpeza e nada . Tive q pedir na recepção . E por último no dia da saída , elevador quebrado, apenas restando as escadas pra descer com as malas pesadas . Em Dia de chuva acaba não tendo muito o que ser feito, pois a piscina coberta é bem pequena. A praia em si é muito boa e o hotel disponibiliza cadeira e guarda sol, mas cada em q leve a sua cadeira.

Excelente hospedagem em Florianópolis

A experiência no hotel foi excelente, o atendimento na recepção, limpeza do quarto, alimentação e opções de atividades. Eu e minha esposa fomos passar alguns dias e acabamos pegando um clima mais fechado e ainda sim valeu super a pena por conta de tudo que o hotel oferece, principalmente a piscina aquecida. Não tenho o que reclamar foi tudo excelente e certamente voltaria a me hospedar no hotel. Obs.: por se tratar de um hotel para toda a família, se você se incomoda com crianças (o que não era nosso caso) é bom escolher bem a época que vai visitar.

Funcionários, sempre solicitos, ajudando, e~ducados como japoneses. A alimentação (meia pensão) não podia ser melhorda: o jantar tem para cada dia, uma variedade sempre diferente, tanto nos salgados, como nas sobremesas. A praia, muito tranquila e limpa.

Excelente opção

Hospedagem simples, localizada no Norte da ilha. Ideal para descansar, trabalhar, viajar com a família. O restaurante é muito bom, o atendimento é perfeito! Destaque para a simpatia da Flávia. Ao redor fica uma lagoa e é possível chegar à praia com uma charmosa travessia de barco. Há sauna, piscina aquecida e piscina ao ar livre. A academia é pequena e conta apenas com esteira e pesos bem leves (menos de 5kg). A equipe foi bastante solícita em todos os momentos. Pretendo voltar em breve e indicarei! O cardápio do jantar é bem variado e conta com ingredientes frescos e saborosos (sempre com carne vermelha, frango e peixe). O ponto do filé mignon ao molho de gorgonzola, os peixes e a burrata estavam perfeitos!
