“Our room smelled of body odor! The front desk said they were sold out and weren’t able to move us to another room. The rooms were musty and not clean. The walls are paper thin. One thing that was the redeeming factor was they did have a nice free breakfast. Also, there was no shampoo and conditioner, but only shower gel. I would not book here again. I booked another night on our last night, but cancelled as the room was so odiferous and resorted to booking another hotel closer to the airport.……

“This hotel meets the needs but that's about it. It was clean though not as convenient as they advertise. The shower is extremely slippery. The staff is not very friendly although they will suggest restaurants and call a cab when one is leaving for the airport. It is not a place to stay when visiting Naples, just a place to stay the night before a flight out. The neighborhood doesn't look like it but there are some good restaurants just down the street. "The location is perfect and the receptionists are friendly. However, it’s a bit inconvenient to carry luggage to enter from the front automatically door and it was broken so guests needed to move the door manually with heavy luggage….. it was not an unpleasant experience for the first time of the trip in the city. Moreover, the soundproof of the rooms were not so well. I was woken up by the noises around 8am… which means my journey became a bit stressful cuz of sleep less due to the noises…..! It would be great if those problems could be improving. Thank you for ur time! "
