Great trip! It was a third of the price of some hotels within a 5 minute walk There were only two of us, but the room easily could have slept 6. Lots to do within walking distance and a 5 min walk to the beach. Uber/Lyft never cost more than $10 to anywhere worth going. Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in FLB.

Upon checking in, we were charged the room deposit and then told the resort fee would be applied separately. When I got to our room I noticed my bank account was charged double for the resort fee. I also saw our balcony had no table on it. As I’m paying full price I would expect the amenities I was promised and paid for, be there. I was told by hotel staff the deposit would be fixed and that I need to call every morning to check on a table. Room service never once came into our room during our 5 day stay. The pool was very crowded and filled up due to the size but you can’t blame anyone for that. The bed was comfortable however stiff at the same time. The elevator situation was very busy. At times you’ll find yourself waiting for the elevator longer than you will doing anything else. The noise from the hallway as people came from and went to different locations was extremely loud. You would be woken up at 2am and on from talking and yelling or random booming. Lastly, everytime we turned the sink on, started the dishwasher or ran the shower the noise that came from the room was almost that of a cruise ship horn continuing on until the water stops. Our stay was far from enjoyable. Side note: after 3 days my resort fee issue was finally rectified

Good value for groups but not luxurious
Good value for groups. There were only two of us. The kitchen, balcony and location were driving forces. The building is aged and needs deferred maintenance, the unit can be noisy at certain times, and the towels, bedding and furnishings are all older. HOWEVER, we loved the floorplan and the ability to save money by preparing our breakfasts and lunches in the unit. Parking was a breeze and was also included.

Clean, expensive but good location
Clean & bright facility right next to Ft Lauderdale Beach and just south of a State Park. The hotel is actually a time share. The property itself and rooms are dated and hallways come with the smell of age. Check-in was smooth and reception staff were helpful. Resort is also above a night club or loud bar so be sure to ask for a side where you can't hear the music - I wish I had known to do that.
