Toilet don't flush right , have to wait 5 min before you can flush. Bathroom don't close have to push door up and keep slamming . There was food left over from previous people. Room we had was #123 first floor . Was to tired to complain and change room .

Rundown, moldy smelling rooms with cockroaches present. Changed room to non-carpeted, but the shower was inoperable due to the faucet spewing water all over the bathroom floor when turned to the on position, which mirrored the effect of the sink. Doors had visible gaps between it and the frame, and the room was not cleaned prior to arrival. Very noisy location wherein guests can hear others talking outside of the rooms and every car passing on the very busy street just in front of the building. Staff was notified of everything, but no refunds, coupons or vouchers were offered.

The staff were super friendly but the property is not how it appears online. The breakfast was limited and gross, the pool was dirty and damaged, the shower and sink in my room were broken/barely useable. The sink clogged while I was there without me putting anything but water in it. Both of the beds in my room appear to be broken/lopsided. I was also sexually harassed at the pool and offered marijuana by a guest. Will not be staying here again.

The front receptionist who checked us in was very friendly and helpful and so were the cleaning staff. but we had to let them know to pick up garbage and towels and bring new towels and toiletries. There was no breakfast as advertised and it was very inconvenient for us because we are from out of town and didn't know the area, so we had to ride around to search for restaurants and spend more money than expected. We didn't realize that there was a drug rehab center (salvation army) across the street from the hotel so there were lots of mysterious transactions going on and lots of homeless in that area. The pool was useless. I didn't feel safe for my kids and self. We will not be staying there ever again.
