“The property is as advertised; it is small but has what you need for a visit to NYC. It is a 20-minute walk to Times Square, 5 minutes to the Empire State Building, and 10 minutes to Flatiron. The Subway is 2 blocks away, and you are about a 7-minute walk to Penn Station. The AC was sufficient. “Unfortunately, my check-in experience was very disappointing. The person working at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. I felt uncomfortable from the moment I arrived, and my questions were not handled respectfully. I expected much better customer service from a hotel. I hope management addresses this issue so future guests have a better experience.
