Best VRBO in French Lick!
Hands down, this property is the best! Perfect location, modern, pristine, welcoming touches, beautifully decorated, well appointed.... the list goes on. The host and hostess of this home have clearly pictured themselves here and what they would want in a vacation rental. From the time of booking until our check out, they were accessible, communicative and thorough in every single aspect of our stay. Kathy and Jim, thank you so much for being so attentive and accommodating to us... you guys are AMAZING and your home is lovely!!! We will definitely be back for another visit!

Toliver Guest House was all that we could have asked for! Plenty of space for all of us to relax, walk to the resort was more than manageable, and the entire house was extremely clean. Kathy and Jim were great hosts!

College friends getaway
We had a wonderful time at Toliver guest house. The interior is darling and well-appointed.We especially loved the front porch for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Location is perfect with restaurants and shops across the street and around the corner. The two hotels at French Lick resort are beautiful and historically fascinating. Kathy was very helpful with any questions we had- even recommending an easier route than Google Maps. Toliver guest house was the perfect spot for our getaway! Thanks Kathy and Jim for you gracious hospitality.

The property is adorable, had everything we needed and was as advertised. The location is perfect! It’s in the middle of downtown and within walking distance of restaurants, the French Lick Hotel, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

More than we could have imagined!
Possibly the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! Totally remodeled older home and stocked with everything! I drag along extra toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher soap, etc whenever I rent. I DID NOT NEED any of it here! This home had everything and the owner was so responsive to my messages! I would rate this rental higher than 5 stars if I could!

March Madness Long Weekend
I rented the Toliver House for the first weekend of the NCAA basketball tourney. Invited 4 of my high school friends. All in our 60s. Brought an extra tv for multiple games. We were able to walk to the casino, make our bets, walk to various restaurants. Perfect location. Warmer weather would have allowed us the chance to sit on the huge frt porch or the patio. Really enjoyed the house

Perfect location!
This property is located within walking distance to the casino and several restaurants. It worked out great for us because we had 6 adults and 1 vehicle. The police station is very close, as well as schools. The interior has been beautifully remodeled. The host provided everything we could possibly need! Highly recommend!!

Awesome House
The location of this house is awesome, it is directly across the street from the French Lick Hotel and Casino. We were visiting with 3 couples so we all wanted to be able to stay in a house together. This was the perfect house. Each bedroom was clean and comfortable. There are 2.5 bathrooms which was nice, everyone had their own space. The kitchen was really big and we could all hang out in there!

Polar Express Getaway
We were in town for a couple of nights to travel to the North Pole on the Polar Express train. The home was so lovely - well decorated, clean, warm, and cozy. We loved seasonal ice cream flavors at French Licks as well! Would love to make this our “go-to” VRBO for this activity every year!

Location, location, location
Had a wonderful first visit to the area. My parents stayed in the hotel and we wanted to be close- this home was ideal! Close to everything and well appointed- no complaints here. Owners were very communicative- even giving us a better route to get there. Would definitely try to stay again if we come to the area.

An amazing time for 4 friends enjoying a golf weekend in French Lick! This place is clean, comfortable - very close to everything including golf & the French Lick resort - walkable to town, restaurants... this was a fantastic option to enjoy all French Lick has to offer. We chose to stay here vs higher priced resort package and could not have been happier with the stay! Thanks to our hosts for a clean and comfortable stay.

Another Great Weekend with family
This is our 2nd stay at the Tolliver House. We love the house as it is very clean and the location is close to local shops, restaurants and the casino, all within walking distance. The house is perfect for that weekend getaway with family and can be with friends as well.
