This remodeled 2 bedroom condo is located in the Cross Creek complex, nestled in a quiet neighborhood along Ten Mile Creek. The pristine grounds are well maintained and ideal for a relaxing mountain getaway. The location is perfect just one block off of Main Street within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. It is also only one block away to the free bus shuttle. Just steps away you can enjoy the great clubhouse amenities including an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs ( inside and outside), sauna, pool table and foosball table. There are picnic tables and grills on the property along the creek which you are welcome to enjoy. Ample outdoor parking is available for up to 2 guest vehicles in the parking lot.

This immaculate third floor unit is quiet and safe. The main living area is an open concept with kitchen, dining room and living room. You can relax on the wraparound balcony while viewing stunning Mt Royal and listening to the creek below. The living space features a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD and a top of the line queen plus sized pullout couch. There is WiFi, cable, washer/dryer and a fully stocked kitchen (blender, coffee maker, waffle maker, crockpot) to make you feel at home. The master bedroom has a comfortable brand new king sized bed, flat screen TV and private balcony with beautiful mountain views. The second bedroom and bathroom are located downstairs on the lower level. The bedroom has a bunk bed with a full sized bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. Soft comfortable linens and towels are provided including towels for the pool. The unit is quiet and cozy and comes fully furnished with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Historic Frisco is the perfect place to visit because of its many accessible trails, recreational bike path, tubing hill, nordic center, coffee shops, restaurants, stores and marina. Lake Dillon and downtown Frisco have so much to offer year round. Truely an exceptional condo for rent, you can relax in the cozy interior or take advantage of its close proximity to world-class ski resorts including; Breckenridge and Copper (10 min), Keystone and Araphoe Basin (15 min), Loveland and Vail (25 min) and Beaver Creek (30 min). If you don't feel like driving, you can take the free Summit Stage bus to some of the resorts (stop located 1 block from condo). Silverthorne, also nearby, offers several designer outlets for those who love to shop.

Cozy Frisco Condo

Great Ski Getaway

My family of four was very comfortable here during our ski vacation. Frisco is a great town close to amazing ski areas and this condo was a perfect home base. It was cozy and clean with great amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time in Frico staying at this lovely condo. The pool and hot tub are an added bonus. The owners provide a binder filled with brochures of things to do in the area as well as great places to eat.

Perfect Property!

This condo is just the perfect property. It is clean, with plenty of space and gorgeous views of Mt. Royal and Ten Mile Creek. With it being only a block off of Main Street, we were easily able to get to many restaurants and stores. Frisco itself is the perfect spot as there are many things to do all within a short drive. We always love coming back to Frisco!

Idyllic setting for a mountain getaway

This condo at Cross Creek was absolutely perfect for our annual mountain getaway! We had plenty of room in this well-appointed condo which was very clean, quiet and provided everything we needed and more. The king bed was comfortable, the wraparound deck was perfect, we had plenty of privacy, and the best part was the soothing sound of the creek directly behind us. Highly recommend!

The unit was lovely!

Every thing was great. Place was clean, kitchen was great place to cook. I loved the wood burning fireplace. Beds comfortable, plenty of room for all of us. Frisco had great bike paths and hiking. Close to breckenridge for more shopping and place to eat if you wanted a change from Frisco .

Beautiful, updated and clean inside. Vaulted ceilings with lots of natural light and incredible views of the mountain and creek. Perfect for a family of 4 or 5. Really nice furnishings and comfortable beds. Walking distance to main street. Steps from the complex rec center pool and hot tub. Owners provided great customer service.

Paradise Found

Frisco is an amazing Colorado mountain town and this property only enhances the experience! Perfect location with access to the recreation trail for walking and biking, there is mountain hiking right outside the door, an amazing view of Mount Royal topped off with the calming sounds of Ten Mile Creek rushing past the home. It's on the quiet end of town but only a short walk to the heart of Frisco and Lake Dillon. We have enjoyed staying here a couple times and we will most definitely be back!

Perfect getaway

This was exactly what we were looking for for our time in the mountains. The open layout of the main living area, separate upstairs and downstairs bedrooms, amazing patio space with fantastic views, and general cleanliness and comfort of the condo made our stay incredible. It was clear the owners put a lot of thought and effort into ensuring the space is comfortable and inviting for their guests. In addition, the proximity to everything in town as well as the creek, children’s park, and hiking trails made our time even better. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Everything was as advertised. It was a nice play to stay in an excellent location. The hosts were very thoughtful and included lots of things for families to enjoy. My only complaint is the master bed. It is quite uncomfortable. Both my wife and I struggled to sleep the entire trip.

James and Rachel really helped me out of a jam. Super responsive to my request which allowed me to book on a moment's notice. All instructions and info were complete and clear. We loved staying in this condo! The views from the condo were beautiful and it was very close to town. The condo was very well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. things most places don’t provide. The property was clean and had everything we needed! My only request would be a plug or usb outlet on both sides of the master bed. Thanks for opening up your home, it’s so cozy and beautiful!

Best outfitted kitchen we have ever seen in a vacation rental. Wood burning fireplace was a treat to be able to enjoy every evening! Owners were involved at just the right balance; they were responsive but not at all invasive and seemed thrilled to share their home to make our family holiday special, Plenty of pillows, towels and blankets and they are all very good quaility. One treat that I don’t remember in the condo description was a sauna in clubhouse next to the hot tub!! All things combined we had a very warm and special couple of days when the temperature was in the single digits in Frisco!!!

Amazing, relaxing weekend!

My family of 5 stayed at Creekside for 4 days/3 nights. We LOVED this condo and plan on returning! We were close enough to downtown Frisco to walk and eat dinner and shop. We spent a lot of time downtown. We fished on lake Dillon, paddle boarded and kayaked, did an escape room in Breck and golfed at Copper. The pool/hot tub at the condo was the perfect ending to a chilly day in lake Dillon. We plan on making this our go to condo every year because we loved it so much! Opening the windows at night and falling asleep to the sound of 10 mile creek was one of our favorite things and that warm cup of coffee in the morning with the crisp mountain air! I can’t say enough! We had the best time and will be returning. Book it if you’re on the fence. You won’t regret it!

My family recently returned from Frisco Colorado. This was one of our best vacations ever! I have two children ages 6 and 8 and they LOVED the condo. They enjoyed having the lower level to themselves. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and listening to the creek. One morning my husband saw a moose drinking from the creek. The unit was very clean!!! We walked to main street for dinner and shopping several times. We enjoyed spending time at Lake Dillion, the skate park, nearby hiking trails, and took day trips to explore other nearby towns. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Undeniably Perfect 👌

My sister and I's boss sent us to Colorado as a reward for our hard work and this home was what WE chose as our place to stay for our first few days (For the record: we would've stayed here the entire trip - and the rest of our stay was spent at the Westin Riverfront in Avon). This home is the perfect walkable location to Frisco (we enjoyed exploring Main St and a bit of the RecPath nearby - plus we loved the atmosphere of the town compared to Breckenridge, Vail, or Avon) and the views of Mt Royal from the top floor balcony cause you to want to never leave! Having the full kitchen here was a great way to save money from the nearby restaurants (although we came back to Frisco before leaving and splurged at 5th Ave Grill) - we were in nice proximity to Target, Whole Foods, and Safeway. The Dillon / Silverthorne exit became the go-to for an easy, decent-priced meal. The home was very clean and inviting (sometimes a nice place has smelly towels but not here) and the furniture was very comfortable, especially the beds. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on separate floors was fantastic for sisters who occasionally annoy each other. The only disappointment we came across was the clubhouse pool and game room (but that is not the fault of the hosts). The size of the indoor/outdoor pool or indoor hot tub (the one outside wasn't active) appears decent if there are folks around you respectful of the fact that you are also there to enjoy the clubhouse. (What we encountered was nothing close to that and upon trying to come back later - the situation remained only with less kids). OVERALL, I would LOVE to come back and stay here again. The positives outweigh the poor clubhouse luck and when we had to check out - we couldn't stop talking about how much we missed this home. It's a comfortable "home base" for any of the variety of activities to do in the area plus you have easy access to I70 if you do want to check out Vail, Hanging Lake, Glenwood Springs and more!
