We had a great time at the house over graduation weekend. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio and listening to the cows, dogs, roosters, crickets, birds, and owls. Saying goodbye to Nana
Our family came to Fruita to say goodbye to our Nana who had recently passed away. Mimosa Fields gave us a beautiful place to come together as a family to remember our Nana and celebrate her memories! The owners were very welcoming and the house was well stocked with everything we needed and more. We will definitely recommend this home to all our family in the area and anyone who is visiting!

Relaxing space with fantastic views
The spaciousness of the house and fantastic views made for a very relaxing stay. Fully equipped home, well maintained. The location feels remote (good) yet is only 5 minutes to shopping / Interstate. Fruita is a cute town offering surprising options. Hosts were amazing - I received unbelievably fast responses to questions.

Roomie Reunion
We chose this lovely home for the location. We used to have our annual reunions near Colorado Springs before the pandemic. We were so happy to reunite in such a beautiful location. The home is immaculate with all the amenities we could possibly need. The living, dining, and kitchen areas were very comfortable and perfect for our many conversations. We brought food for all our meals and everything we needed to cook and dine in luxury was available. It was nice to have some spices, napkins and paper plates for our use as well. The bedrooms were spacious and the bedding was very comfortable. We felt well taken care of by the hosts and Aly at visitfruita.com who kept in touch with us through text and email. The views are spectacular offering a tranquil, beautiful place to enjoy our time together. We highly recommend this lovely home for a family, and friends get away.

Fabulous country home close to town
The home and rental service were excellent. We arrived a little early and a quick text with the property managers allowed us to drop off a trailer a little before check-in time so we could explore the area and get some groceries. We had a small group of guys out for a mountain bike and dirt bike week and this home was perfect. Awesome large kitchen with everything we needed, large garage, great back patio with spectacular views to the mountains. Everything was in pristine shape. Will definitely stay again.
