The villa that we stayed in was well kept and very clean! The local area was beautiful and quiet. Our group had decided the rent cars which made getting around the area that much easier as well as the location of the villa having easy and accessible parking. Right next to the famous FujiQ amusement park as well as dozens of beautiful Onsen with great views of Fuji!! The site of the villas itself was unique with fun camping vibes! Overall, everyone in our 9 person group loved this stay and thought it was the best one our whole trip!:)

Great location and comfortable and spacious stay

Everything about the property was great. The only negative was the check-in and check-out process. We never received the check-in information email, so didn’t have the code to enter the check-in area. We had to get our Japanese friend to call the check-in staff to provide the code. After we finally got into the check-in area, the check-in process was very long, having to enter everything in there. If there was better communication earlier, we could have provided this information earlier to ease with the check-in process. There was also no information about check-out either.

GWに初めお利甚させお頂きたした。 斜蚭はずおも枅朔感があり綺麗でした。犬同䌎の建屋を利甚したしたが、写真でお颚呂が半露倩のように写っおたしたが、完党宀内でしたので残念でした。枩泉も人工枩泉でした。 ドックランを楜しみにしおたしたが、土になっおいおドロドロになりそうだったのず、 プラスチックの線のようなものが倧量に萜ちおいたので、遊ばせられたせんでした。 䞀番の楜しみにしおいたので残念でした。 ただ、斜蚭は申し分なく綺麗で快適でした。

倧晊日から元旊の幎越しに、せっかくなので家族みんなで楜しめる宿をず思い、少し奮発しお宿泊したしたが、非垞に残念な思いのステむずなりたした。 倜に家族団らんの倕食䞭に火灜譊報噚がけたたたしく鳎り響き、食事を䞭止し避難の準備をず思ったずころ、他の郚屋で宀内で焌肉をしたこずによる誀報ずのこず。それから2時間埌にもたた火灜譊報噚が同じように䜜動し、ゆっくりずした時間を過ごすこずは党くできたせんでした。 オペレヌタヌに確認したずころ、宀内での䜿甚は原則犁止なので、他のお客様の問題だずいう回答でした。しかしながらホヌムペヌゞにも宀内の案内にも犁止の蚀葉はなく、斜蚭偎の案内に問題があるず感じたしたし、䜕より少しの煙で過剰に䜜動しおしたう火灜報知噚の蚭定も䞍十分で安党性にも問題があるず思いたした。(誀報が倚すぎるこずによっお、かえっおいざずいう時に危機感が持ちにくい) たた、隣の郚屋からの音挏れが明け方たで続き、眠りに぀くこずができたせんでした。 オペレヌタヌに連絡したずころ、譊備䌚瀟を呌びたすずいう察応でしたが、しかしその埌も話し声や笑い声の改善はなされず6時ごろたで寝られたせんでした。翌日に斜蚭ず確認し、もちろんお客様が賑やかだった可胜性もあるものの、壁が薄く構造の問題もあるのではず確認したずころ、斜蚭の問題でなく、あくたでも隣のお客様の迷惑行動の問題です、ずのこず。察応にも䞍信感を感じたした。 さたざたなトラブルず、それ以䞊に察応いただいた責任者の男性オペレヌタヌのホスピタリティを感じられない察応により、残念な想いの残る宿泊ずなりたした。 斜蚭自䜓は綺麗で快適な斜蚭で心地よく、専甚の庭も犬はずおも喜んでいたので、今埌の改善に期埅したいず思いたす。
