"I will speak out of my perspective what could help this vacation spot be even better (we liked it for purpose of rest and staycation). I didn't realize that it was part of , let's say resort, for a lack of better word, but it was really out of that complex anyway, house on the side of route 6, so yes, you can hear lots of trucks passing by from a queen size room which is on that side of the house, facing route 6, but other 2 bedrooms, king size and with 2 double beds, are facing behind the house...

"My husband and I needed a place for one night near Wellsboro and found this place. Rough Cut Lodge was so nice. We stayed across the road from the main lodge area in a suite and loved it.Comfy king bed, kitchen area and sitting area were all great. Nice porch that you can watch for wildlife. So nice. I am glad I found this place and can't wait to come back!"

"Fantastic property, we had an amazing stay. The whole place was very clean and well decorated. The atmosphere inside was so cozy and quant but was very up to date with very fast wifi and lots of light fixtures, outlets, and USB plugs. During our stay it was a little chilly, so we didn't get to utilize all of the outdoor seating areas but they were very nice, clean and with plenty of chairs. The hot tub was great, easy to use and to get the cover on and off of and was very relaxing on the chilly...
