“Stayed there a few times over the years . Good location for an over night stop etc. Clean and tidy over all. Friendly staff. It went down a bit a few years ago but seems to have been spruced up recently. Change of ownership? (The tv in the room had seen better days with occasional unresponsive controls. “Lovely overnight stay. Used as a base to explore the surrounding areas. Was a bit concerned when we read that a lot of staff had walked out upon sale of the property (some sort of protest I guess). However, the staff we encountered were delightful and extremely conscientious. Special thanks to Caitlin and Adele, I hope your new employer's appreciate you. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms maybe a little tired but were spotless and very comfortable. Thanks again, we will certainly return.”

“Onsite parking is restricted by the number of spaces. They were all full when we arrived so some guests must have had more than 1 car. It would be helpful to allocate at least 1 space per apartment. Cars had parked right up to the access making it difficult to get to the front door. We parked up the road in a good, safe car park but it cost £11.50 for 24 hrs. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Nice, comfy beds and a good bathroom. The weather had changed and was much cooler……
