“Quaint B&B with nice breakfast room. comfortable and good value for money. Martin was nice and helpful. There was some issue with the key to my room which was very hard to open, but otherwise a good experience. ”

“Family of 4 with very young children. Very clean hotel room. Stayed for one night only. Dave and Adam were very considerate to us. Dave allowed us to have early check-in before 12 noon as we arrived early and Adam gave us more time to prepare to check out and Adam allowed us to leave our luggage in the reception for free as our train will be in the afternoon. No breakfast but no problem with that as the location is the best for everything. Tram and bus stops very near with the hotel going to all……

“Great independent hotel a stones throw away from Blackpool North train station. Easy check in and clean basic rooms. Nothing luxury, but everything you need for a short break in Blackpool. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Would definitely recommend.”
