We fired up the cozy wood burning stove almost every day. Plus we like to cook and this kitchen was well laid out and had all the basics we needed to make some fantastic meals. The owner and property manager were super responsive and helpful."

"I would drop the ‘slip” to the name of the property since there is no slip/ lift available ; just a dock to tie the boat for the night in shallow water. Great stay over all "

"The River Lodge is gorgeous and very spacious. We were able to host our intimate wedding ceremony and dinner (30 guests) and the property was beautiful. "We rented this beautiful house on the lake for a quick winter getaway with the family. Great place for ice fishing, close to restaurants and town but quiet in a wooded area too:) The sauna and fireplace were wonderful after a cold day on the ice. Had some great famiky time playing ping pong too! Bunk house was great, can fit alot of people. We look forward to staying here again! Thank you!"

"My stay at this home was quiet, picturesque and beautiful. It was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Big kitchen that overlooks a family room with comfy couch and TV. The waterway and view of Mille Lacs was peaceful and beautiful. The fenced in yard for the dogs was an added bonus that you don't see often in VRBO rentals.
