“We didn’t have a hot tub, our original room was given to someone else, so we’re put somewhere else. I went down for coffee and there was nothing. Worst stay I have ever experienced, would never stay there again!!!!!!!”

“We did not have an arm chair in our room, only a desk chair. It seemed odd. Very clean Hole in bathroom door Handle in shower was barely able to turn off water. Glad that curtains did not cover the heating/cooling unit.”

“Staff was very friendly from check in to passing by in the halls to check out! Room was very clean and fridge and freezer were already down to operating temperature when we arrived! My husband and I were in the area with our adult children, great time was had by all! Breakfast was definitely above our expectations! Great job!”

“The hot tub was closed. The room had nothing in besides a bed and shower. Does not come with a microwave or a mini fridge. The heat temperature didn’t work so they sent a mechanic in which they turned up really high. There was no way of refund or anything. Really disappointing. ”
