“Perfect location in Fairhope! We were within walking distance of the Muncipal Pier, restaurants and ALL the shops. There was no need to use your vehicle again once you arrived unless you wanted to venture out to The Grand (which I highly recommend for spectacular sunset views and the ambiance)! “The property is just as described. The pier was great to relax on and do a little fishing. I only caught small bait fish, but I didn't put too much effort into it. The drive to the beach is short, and if you ride your bicycle it's less than a mile. It was clean, quiet and relaxing overall. I would stay again.”

“We couldn't have asked for a better location for the NCAA Beach Championships. We were across the street from The Hangout, which is where the tournament was held. It is a studio and the bed was comfortable. It was not fancy but was nice and all we needed.”

“We had a few hiccups with cleanliness when we got there but Carrie made sure to send someone to clean while we were there. This place looks daunting bc of the stairs but they do have an elevator! The community was very quiet and steps away from the beach. Very affordable as well!”

“Loved everything about this location. The balcony was just enough for two people and very private. I would definitely recommend it for couples or individuals who need quiet time and privacy. Great local restaurants and all the amenities were wonderful. The only thing I would like to suggest for consideration is that the gym facility opens earlier for those of us who get up early (even on vacation LOL).”

“My husband and I got to come stay 2 nights for our anniversary and Mr. Don let my girls come stay the last night. We had the best time and Mr. Don checked on us throughout the vacation. We made so many friends at the heated pool each day. That toddler pool was amazing. It was fenced in and had 2 gazebos. Stress free swim time for this mama. My 2 year old just walked around and splashed in the kiddie pool for hours at a time. I didn’t have to worry about her running to the big pools or gulf since...

“Perfect size for our family of three! Easy access to stairwell and only one flight of stairs and loop around the corner got us to the Sassy Bass, board walk and the pool. The amenities were also a plus! They had a laundromat on-site as well as a library with books and puzzles for rainy days. Highly recommend YOLO!”

“We loved the house and location; beautiful sunrises and sunsets always. Plenty of room for our guests! What we didn't expect though was the last week of 24/7 beach dredging and reshaping which closed the beach directly in front of us. Fortunately, it reopened on our last day so we could enjoy a final beach walk....my happy place. A few maintenance issues were addressed promptly by the very helpful staff. Would stay at Paradox again.”
