We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at the hotel which was enhanced by the very friendly, helpful and professional staff. One point to note is that a number of the rooms don’t have windows but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

After staying here so many times the staff feels like family! They help book taxis, order food, and find your way around the city! Josiah and Rachel are great and always willing to help with whatever I may need in Georgetown. Will continue to stay here as long as I continue to come to Guyana.

This is better late than never. The staff especially Devika, and Paeld (please forgive me, i know i spelled this wrong) made our Stay an excellent one. Very comfortable. It feels like a hidden gem.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, prompt service. There is a bit of renovation ongoing, but I guess the rooms are soundproof because I saw it but I didn't hear a thing. I'd definitely rebook.

An absolute flawless experience from start to finish!! The manager Kajol went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Also Devika was always enquire of our wellbeing. Our room was immaculate, spacious and featured a stunning view of the city. Daily Breakfast exceeded all expectations!! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional hospitality in a prime location.
