"The hotel grounds are beautiful and the property is very well maintained. The room was comfortable and very clean. There was a lot of variety for breakfast with some changes each day, which is nice. There are also at least 5 different restaurants/cafes which for us was convenient. The staff were very responsive whenever we needed anything. We would stay at Al Masa again. "

"18 hours without water, my room door couldn’t lock for couple of days. No English speakers at front desk. I asked for tawels it took then two days to get it. Add the racest attitude to words blanks by some staffers. I won’t return. "

"I'm thoroughly impressed with this property's prime location! Despite the language barrier, I had no trouble directing local taxis. The nearby bus stations made traveling to other parts of the country a breeze. Plus, having the Bank of Egypt right across the road was super convenient for withdrawing cash or exchanging currency. The staff's kindness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotless and perfect for families, we loved it so much that we ended up extending our stay from 3 nights to 8! Highly recommended."
