“新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。”

"This is our first ever trip to Cairo, it’s for my son competition. We picked this hotel due to its location which is close to the venue as well as next to a huge mall which can get all we needed during our trip. The staff is very helpful as we experience jet lagging during our trip and couldn’t rest due to the busy honking sound from the street during early evening and had requested a change in room. Even though the hotel is fully occupied, the staff and supervisors still try their very best to accommodate our needs and we really appreciate their help and service."
