Both the exterior and interior of the hotel were clean and well kept. The front desk staff were friendly and acomodating. We left before breakfast, so we can't comment on that. Our room was very comfortable, and the temperature was easy to control. Highly recommend it.

Pool and hot tub closed for maintenance. Check in was not good. No information about the pool closer, breakfast time and parking directions made no sense. First rooom was not vacuumed and crumbs were all over. Next room had a long black air on the towel. No bathmat for the shower and dirty furniture. Was the first time that I went to buy Desinfektion wipes. Breakfast was horrible. We had a group of people in the hotel and they took over the whole breakfast area for the 2 mornings we stayed there. Coffee empty and no room to get breakfast. It made me so mad, because I had to go to a conference and AA Ed on a nice, quiet breakfast before that. Not sure what the facility could have done differently, but it was very frustrating. On check out day my partner was disturbed twice at around 9 am by house keeping and so he gave up and checked out.

The staff were all friendly. The room was big, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable… our main aim! Breakfast was basically starches but fine for the price we paid: waffles, cereal, breads, bananas, and apples, juice, milk, and coffee. There was no protein offers like yogurt, eggs, or meat. We would definitely stay again if the price was good!

Tivia was amazing! She was knowledgeable and pleasant while Checking me in. The rooms are nice and loved having the coffee and tea bar. My only complaint is that the pool and Jacuzzi were empty for repairs.

It is a former Hilton Hampton Inn. So the build out is decent. Id is not well maintained. The staff is awesome but very thin. I went by the breakfast bar a few times over the course of a month. Not what you would expect.

cable was out (no fault of property - ice storm & someone hit the box), pool heater was out & hot tub was extremely hot you couldn’t put a foot into hot tub (ugh!) so a very quiet night- good bed & good rest.

The pool and hot tub were not available to use. The continents breakfast was horrible. All they had was cereal, juice, doughnuts, and make your own waffles. A continental also would include meat of some kind, scrambled eggs, hash browns. There was none of that. The t.v was awful to figure out how to work and there was no room service on the 2nd night we stayed. Also, we were right next to the elevator and ice machine. We will not stay at this motel again.

Good location off I-90, nice property, and great staff. I felt welcome here. We had a room right across from vending and ice and the room was so quiet, we didn't notice.
