"The property is very conveniently located near the East entrance of Zion. The house is spacious and can accomodate 6 guest easily. And the sunsets were amazing. However, we found the house in need of much repair. Front door doesn’t lock, tub/shower doesn’t drain, kitchen is pretty beat up, oven shelving has fallen off, couches are broken, mattresses are very tired and wifi is spotty at best to name a few of the issues. "This house was everything we needed and more! Perfect location between Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Kanab! Very clean and enough space for everyone! The views from the back balcony during sunsets were a great way to wrap up a day of hiking. We have no complaints at all! We would highly recommend this place, and if we come back, will definitely stay here again!"
