Staff were great maintenance man Brendan was fabulous, lady behind front desk with dark hair on our arrival was lovely, and throughout the duration of our stay, however there was a blond lady that was quiet unfriendly, affirmative and put a damper on our special occasion with family, and because of her we won’t be returning.

Amazing views!

We had a wonderful weekend. The accomodation was fantastic- perfect location. We enjoyed having a beautiful lunch on the patio and watching the sunsets. The apartment had a great kitchen and was very well fitted out. The bed was super comfortable and having the bath tub was nice. I definitely recommend!!

Fairly clean but dated and well used. Wotif says check in starts at 2pm when in actual fact check in closes at 2pm on a Sunday, not off to a great start there. The view and location is the best part, hard to beat. Whale watching 24/7 from our balcony in September, that was pretty epic.

The view from these apartments are always great - nothing better than looking out over the ocean. Note: the property and the decor is quite aged, especially the carpet. Also, the windows are not soundproof, meaning that weekends you can get allot of noise from happy revellers and car hoons that cruise the esplanade at night.

We love the beach views, close location to the beach, great surf spot for swimming, walking areas including to terrific dining options, room layout that’s well equipped too. Suggestions for the unit we stayed in - swap out convention type desk with curtain (so odd) for a more suitable desk; exchange the bulky tallboy in the bedroom for a couple of portable suitcase rack stands; consider swapping the queen size bed for a quality king size bed. Also, if all of the units are furnished and decorated at the owner’s discretion, a more unified, designer approach across them all including the lobby would be hugely beneficial, I believe. In any case, we really enjoyed our stay and plan to return!
