Great hotel with great breakfast buffet, so much choice. Location was perfect 10 mins walk to beach and tram stop opposite hotel. 2 small pools either side of hotel so always having sunshine! Friendly staff and good breakfast, but the hotel is pretty worn down. We were intially given a room which was very dirty with dirty windows, crumbs on the floor, rusty extra bed, dusty fridge door and very dirty coffee table.
