“Our stay at Pavones Point was perfect! The location is right at the top point of Pavones surf break. Walk right across the road and paddle out…or walk a little down to the right for a bit less intense wave. The condo was clean and spacious…had everything we needed. Clean towels, comfortable beds, coffee maker, toaster, blender. No salt or pepper and no trays if you plan on making bacon or roasting anything. And no full length mirrors but the location makes up for that!”

The property manager was available when needed and gave us space when not which was nice! Short walk to the beach for a dip. The owner was lovely and communicative when needed. “This place gave us just what we wanted...an immersive jungle experience complete with Squirrel and Capuchin monkeys, lots of birds including a daily visit from a roadside Hawk, giant Cane Toads and other frogs, and toucans and macaws flying over. Having the dogs visit was also a highlight for us as we missed our dog back home. The house is gorgeous with huge windows and the shower was wonderful. “This gorgeous property and modern clean home was as described. I could hear the ocean, the birds and monkeys. This was one of the most secure places I have ever stayed. Private from the road, locked entry that I had a key for, new easy to open and close screened windows all around. The beds were so comfortable. The air conditioning was quick but I didn't need it most of the time due to a nice breeze through the rooms. The kitchen was better stocked than most and a delight to cook in then eat……
