The room smelled bad, the bathroom was smelly from the sewer leaking out from the toilet, the bathroom wall had a hole in it in water evidently was leaking inside the wall and out the hole down the side of the tile. and lastly, we had to turn on some noise makers on our phone so we didn't have to listen to all the mice or rats. whatever it was crawling on the roof when the lights turned out. overall is one of the worst places I've ever stayed at

I’m sure the property was fine, but I needed to cancel my reservation and didn’t realize that apparently I had made it through Expedia and the facility would not let me cancel. I had difficulty, in fact, I was unable to connect with Expedia to cancel I do hope I will not be charged.

It’s a little run down and definitely needs updating but the room was clean and the staff was helpful. Biggest complaint would be the other guests hanging around outside the rooms smoking and playing music. The price is right for a quick overnight.

Room at first glance was clean , bathroom was iffy definitely didn’t clean well between guests , shower full of soap scum and hair and didn’t drain well .. No amenities , office closed most of the day no access to ice or contact if anything needed .. Beds were supposed to be two queens they are definitely barely a full and hard bring your own pillows and blankets for comfort and ear plugs for the critters in the walls... definitely not worth the fee per night .. When packing up the car instead of skipping over our room and cleaning the next one they stood there staring at us like hurry up ..

It’s a basic motel with no frills. The towel bar was pulled out of the bathroom wall and the TV remote was not totally synched with the TV. I had to manually adjust the volume on the TV but could change the channel with the remote. The carpet was worn but it was a clean room. Personally, I would not stay there again.

I parked right in front of my room... hotel is older. Was close to a lot to do. There were no outlets in my bathroom so I had to straighten my hair on the bed. The bathtub was very small and I guess stained... bathroom door was very loud and woke up my son. But it was convenient and safe so over all great.

This place looks like your typical New England roadside motel, and I’ve stayed in a lot of those, but the Gorham Motor Inn still surprised me: Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, fridge and microwave in the room. Everything you need for a weekend in the mountains. Would definitely stay here again
