"Used to live in the area, and the hotel was very clean and staff was kind. There i no subway, but the bus stop is waking distance and can get you there quickly and the taxi stop is also there for easy access. There are plently of restaurants around the area since its near a university. Will definitely stay again. "

"I gave 5 star for everything not because this is a 5 star hotel, but because for what I paid for, everything here was excellent. It's close to major public transit including airport transport, close to many great stores and restaurants. For those who are interested, this is walking distance to old BTS locations. The room was small but it's clean and comfortable it's got everything I needed, with the space designed to be practical and efficient. The common space has everything else one needs to live there for a long time. Internet access is great. One slight problem is I asked for a room with washing machine since I stayed there for quite a while. They gave me a room with it but when I went to use it I realized it's disconnected. They said it's electricity issue on that floor. I was a bit disappointed but the washing machine in the common area worked well and it wasn't busy (middle of July). The people at the office are friendly and helpful. It's a place I highly recommended if you want to stay in Seoul for a long time and not pay a lot of money."

As a premium member staff extended our check out time to 12 pm. But they did not transfer it to thr morning staffs . Ending up rushing ourselves.
We love roof top swimming pool.there but one guy was not attentive. Did not check out guests' swimming cap. ( Regulation is requiring swimming cap or ball cap) Not give away towels....

"Great hotel for families, their pool is different from other Korean Hotels where adults mostly swim laps. They actually have a kid friendly dedicated pool. Mall located below hotel with different places to eat. few kids places to visit play and spend time. Also a 24/7 convenience store which when closed, you need a korean check card (debit card) to access the store scan items yourself and pay."

Who needs to be seen in the shower or on the toilet?? On a hilly slope for those with walking issues, please note, but relatively near subway, and across the road from airport limousine bus. "I stayed for nine nights and I have everything that I need in this place. Nice kitchen, washer, massage chair, well thought shelf organizer, and spacious. Restaurants and groceries are within short walking distance. The best part is the staff is very polite, helpful and super responsive. I would definitely come back for my next trip."
