“This is an excellent unit. The amenities were very good. The second floor deck has a lovely view of the lake and great seating for a group to visit and chat in the fresh air. ALSO it is good that the rental unit/bldg. behind this Vrbo has a 10pm curfew on the swimming pool and whirlpool, so that noise drops dramatically. Walking to nearby restaurants and shopping is only one or two blocks. We look forward to returning.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Downtown Nest with only a few issues. The first was Vacasa's request for ID verification away from the VRBO web site. Be prepared to provide pictures of your ID at a site other than VRBO. Not bad, just not expected. When we arrived the check-in process was easy. We excitedly opened the door and stepped into the non-smoking property to the smell of weed...welcome to Michigan. The odor lingered the two nights of our stay. “Lovely, simple condo in the heart of Saugatuck. The place was perfect for my husband and I for a long weekend. The location was close to everything and we walked everywhere.”

“We had a wonderful time. The condo was cozy and comfortable. I will say that there must not have been recent guests before us because we saw a lot of dust and cobwebs on the windows and room fans, but we cleaned it up as needed. The walk to the beach was much further than we anticipated, thankfully our 4 year old is always up for an adventure as the path down and pack up is extremely steep.
