“Excellent location! Super convenient for anything downtown - 5 minute walk to Van Andel, great coffee and excellent restaurants. The condo itself is quite large and looks just like the pictures! Great space for hanging out, bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice. Remember to bring your own toiletries (like shampoo, soap, etc). Will stay again when visiting GR!”

“This is absolutely not an accurate listing. Upon check in we were givin a dirty room with "white" stains on the office chair and the induction stove top fell apart when opening the drawer inderneath and pubic hair in the tub under our "clean" towels, and that was only our first 10 minutes of being there.the front desk only allowed us to change rooms once they went and veriefied the messes in the room which werent hard to find if they would actually inspect the rooms after cleaning. Some parts are in the closets*black mold is growing on caulk in shower*black mold is growing on torn molding behind toilet*shelf is shower is broken and missing*towels are well worn and frayed--you can probably get new nice towels for 50 on amazon*closet in master bedroom has dirty sheets in it*blinds...

“We enjoyed a long weekend at the condo. We were presently surprised with all the amenitites: fully stocked kitchen (from utinsils and plates to garbage bags and dish detergent), fully stocked bathroom (towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, hair dryer), and laundry items. The beds were comfortable and since it is located right in town, a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. We would stay here again!”
