Clean room and polite staff

The room was clean, toiletries were provided, and there was ample parking available, which we appreciated. Customer service responded fast too. The main issue during our stay was that the central air conditioning did not appear to be working. Since it was summer and temperatures were around 30°C, the room became quite warm, making our stay less comfortable. Even with the windows open, we had difficulty falling asleep due to the heat. I was also a little surprised to see this accommodation categorized as a 3-star hotel. Based on our experience, it felt more comparable to a motel than a 3-star hotel. The rooms are very small. Also there’s no elevator.

Staff was very good supporting. But hotel itself needs to be upgraded. Sofa chairs were ripped, shower had very low water pressure, pool had cold water which I never seen in any hotel.

Petite auberge charmante bien entretenue. Délicieux restaurant terrasse adjacent. Nous avons adoré notre séjour en amoureux.
