Stayed here for a few days with our 5 year old son and we truly enjoyed this experience! The room we stayed in was spacious and comfy. Coffee selection was great and the lounge at the top floor had an even better selection of coffees and snacks for breakfast such as fruit bars, yogurt and fruit. There was also an outdoor patio that felt very private to enjoy your morning coffee. The staff are all very friendly and every interaction felt like returning home to family at the end of each day. Our son enjoyed learning and practicing his French with the front desk staff, who are so patient to answer his questions and teach him new words. To quote our son, we are definitely coming back again and staying at the same hotel in the same room!

Le loft était très propre incluant la literie toutefois à notre arrivée le spa était pratiquement vide et cerné. Toute une surprise… J’ai contacté la réception, la personne était confuse sur la situation, une personne a été dépêché, pas de solution. Un technicien de la maintenance a été dépêché, il n’avait d’info donc on a convenu de remplir le spa et attendre qu’il atteigne un température acceptable soit entre minuit et 2h00 (nuit). Pas fameux quand on quitte à 11h

Staff at this Holiday inn was very friendly and welcoming to our dog. We only stayed one night but this location will be on our list to stop again. Breakfast in the morning was very delicious and a great end to our stay. @thecanadiandoodlehally

Our room was beautifully decorated and appointed. I found the elaborate lighting system frustrating. I’m sure that I would have appreciated it more if instructions were readily available. It’s unfortunate that the entrance is through the restaurant. Even though we were offered the ‘perk’ of valet service we didn’t appreciate that the parking charge was still more than just parking the car ourselves in the lot across the street.
