The non-smoking room smelled, albeit very very mild, of smoke. But, i dont want any smoke smell in my room. Part of the weather seal was broken on the door. You could see right through the gap outside with the door closed. The whole place felt a little grungy. The beds looked clean enough. Theres a time and place I could tolerate this. However, not this time. I didnt even stay the night. We specifically asked not to charge our credit card as we wanted to pay with our debit card and they put a note on our file that that's what we wanted to do. But the girl at checkout charges our credit card anyways and didn't know how to reverse it. This will negatively impact the rest of our holiday as even putting a payment on the card takes time. We nay not be able to check in at our next stop.
