"Great experience!! After a hard time getting to the property from the Airport, we were greeted right away and checkin was seamless. Self check in with a little assistance, we were straight to the room. Hotel room (1009) had a great view of the train yard and we could only hear trains when the window was open or if the TV was off. We only stayed a night, but we seen the room attendants scrubbing the walls as we passed by another room getting cleaned, thought it was a special case, but after breakfast seen the same in a different room. After our stay, they held our bags all day so we could explore giving us peace of mind. "

They checked on tube and train times for us to get to the airport, and since we had to leave really early and we were going to miss our included breakfast, they packed us a breakfast to go.
