“Was checking in and didn’t receive the code for the parking garage, the parking garage code was different than the check in code. After event got back to stadium suite and the code worked to enter the building, once arrived at room the code was not working. Called support and was hung up on multiple times during late hours, was told they were going to call their maintenance person (at 12 am) after a concert. And all belongings were locked inside the room so didn’t have keys, or any other……

“Great location to Ann Arbor Downtown and the UM Campus. Much nicer than staying in a hotel. The HELP line via text messaging was very helpful and was quick to respond. Made everything run smooth!”
