“The hostel is 10 minutes walk from the Milan Duomo. The staff is nice, continental breakfast is basic but sufficient. Stayed in a 8 people dormitory on first floor. Loud music is played in the common/dining area and one can hear it on Friday and Saturday nights till 1am.”

“Easy access from airport and train station. The staff is really nice and helpful. The bus stop near the porta nuova takes you to any place of Bergamo. Actually you feel like staying at a economy hotel rather than a hostel, which is the best part of it.”

“Nice guys that will answer questions and try to help, but they let the dishes and floors and tables stay uncleaned for hours after messes are created. Lots of smokers in all areas including non-smoking areas. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and nice. Common areas are messy often. wifi in common areas was good, but they continuously said the password was CAPITALIZED (first letter) thereby causing much confusion and lots of connection errors until (someone) suggested no CAPITALIZED first letter……

“If you dont have the chance to book a room in Milan and you dont want to sleep Outside, choose MH. Its Ok, if you want to sleep Safe be carefully ,watch out for the many mosquitoes there!! ”

“Madama was my first hostel experience and it was great! Beds were comfortable and the location was great, about a 5 minute walk to the metro which can get you anywhere in Milan quickly. Area is safe and always people around, but quiet. Madama’s bistrot is very lively, so if you prefer a more quiet hostel this is not for you. You can hear the kitchen working from the room but it’s usually quiet by midnight and starts up around 8 in noise. I did not mind this since I was out and about most of the……

“Eneste mulighed vi havde, da der var messe lige nøjagtig de dage. Et hostel med semi hårde senge, kønsløst interiør, ret slidt. Badeværelse var dog næsten nyrenoveret. Servicen og smil i top, god stemning, der var en blanding af alt. Meget valuta for pengene hvis du vil have noget billigt til en gennemrejse. ”
