"The room itself, and what appeared to be the only one lady staff member were excellent and very attentive. The hotel felt more like an institution rather than a bright and open welcoming building too far away from restaurants and other amenities. And as a result way too overpriced. I have stayed in hotels in Estopana at half the price were more pleasant."

Nos dijeron que iba a ir alguien a ver qué ocurría y después de ver la situación nos dijeron que no se podía arreglar. Quedamos en un reembolso que nunca llegó y dejaron de coger nuestras llamadas. Una estafa en toda regla."
