“We stayed 1 week, paid 20k$ for a 3 bedroom Suite, pool was not usable as full of algae, when complained they tried to clean it and then the water was dirty. Houskeeping is inconsistent, one day they have a trun down, the other day not, breakfast is sometimes a zoo, everyone running around and waiting times of 10-15min for a coffee, cold coffee.. building is nice, staff has zero passion to make your stay nice and if you complain not much happens.”

“Lovely beach location, The rooms and surroundings were very clean. There's a Padel, tennis and football court onsite. The kids club had lots of activities and an outdoor play / swimming area. Food was also great and staff were very kind. Will definitely return.”

“The room was nice and clean. Except a big complain about the shower. The shower head was leaking all over and spraying water all over. Another major drawback for me is the situation with getting an iron and an iron board. Couldn’t believe that the entire hotel had only 1 iron and board. I had to ask couple of times and finally got one on end of second day of my stay that too just the iron and not the board. Bizarre. The dinner in the evening was ok nothing great but very highly priced compared……

“Very nice staff. Nice aspect and close to beach too. Difficult without a car and found taxi expensive. I required of the airport shuttle mentioned and had booked the return but when enquired it wasn’t an actual shuttle but called local taxi which was expensive and basic. Confused when Expedia said shuttle available and concession. It didn’t. It was nice and fab for golf of course”
