The only issue that we had was that the hallways in between all the rooms weren’t insulated that well or cooled at all so it gets insanely hot and humid the higher up you are put because the heat rises. That is literally the only reason that they are getting 4 stars. Other than that everything was amazing. Parking was extremely simple and the staff were helpful

The beach view was amazing! Only issue I had was the water never got hot in the bathroom sink. So, I did not try and use the shower. I would stay here again, it was a beautiful room. Will just inquire on the water situation ahead of time. Was not too concerning this trip as it was just an overnight stay. So, I just showered at my next destination.

Harris Sea Ranch is a comfortable mid sized price range. The room offerings on the first floor only appear to have two choices for beds, twins and one queen size bed. I’m not certain about the 2nd level. My daughter and I chose the first level with the twin size beds. j The real issue was the ability to gain access to our room. The lock on the door using a supplied key took us many different tries to get in, I would suggest to the owners to replace newer entry locks, as it appears that many of the rooms had this same issue, but ours was not the greatest. Great beach access across the street especially with a ramp entrance nearby. All in all customer service was great, the beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and a great coffee bar in the reception area. We definitely will be back next year.

Arrived on time for check-in and was told our room wasn't clean yet, could we wait a half hour. Fine, we waited on the beach. Returned to check in, but alas, the room still wasn't cleaned, could we give them another half hour, so we went to a late lunch. Returned after lunch, but yet again, the room was still not clean, could they have 15 more minutes. Once we were allowed to check in and enter what should now be a very clean room....well no, it was not clean. Dirty crumpled up tissues under the bed, sand all over the floor, stains on the bedding, hair all over the shower curtain, soap dish and toothbrush holder fixtures hanging by a thread off the wall. Could not shut bathroom window. Balcony floor was so soft in spots we were in fear of falling through. Balcony railing posts were rusted through and no longer connected to the floor. I will say the mattresses were comfortable, the only positive. Could have gotten a second hand high from neighboring room's weed smoke. All in all a regrettable choice of stays.

Love this hotel. Great location and wonderful staff. Beware you are next to a bar restaurant that has alot of good loud entertainment. If that might borther you ask for a room on the other side of the hotel.
