"Location location location! This comfortable condo is in our favorite part of Annapolis, Eastport, just across the drawbridge from Main Street, Ego Alley, and the USNA. It is a great destination for walkers (and others - free easy parking). We made use of the kitchen for a couple of dinners. There are also amazing views from the rooftop. Thanks!"

"This property is beautiful. I genuinely have no complaints other than the parking. The alley could be labeled better to find it and the space is super small, maybe even reserving a street spot for this property would be my only suggestion. Definitely would stay again!"

"Excellent location for all things USNA and downtown Annapolis. We walked everywhere. The second bedroom was a little warm but it was unseasonably hot while we were there. There is a K cup coffeemaker but you’ll need to bring everything to enjoy a cup. Would definitely stay again!"

"Papa was a great host- very responsive to inquiries and concerns. The unit was clean and pretty well furnished. A nice addition was the complimentary shelf with things like coffee, sugar PB&J and condiments. I scored the location kind of low due to an older building w/ thin floors and noisy neighbors at night (noted in the property description- not Papa's fault)."

"We were looking for a dog friendly flat on one level. The Dundalk location was good, and the overall condition of the flat was good, despite the tiny bathroom. Everything was fine except for the upstairs neighbors. We had no way of knowing that they would be a bunch of immature, loud young men. This almost ruined our stay!"

"Clearly a scam listing. Responded to indicate property was not available due to "plumbing issues" and then refused to cancel the reservation or respond further. Has completely ghosted us and VRBO. VRBO support has also been less than helpful. Stay away!"

"**ALL PHOTOS AND VIDEO EVIDENCE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST AS THERE'S NO OPPORTUNITY TO POST PICTURES ON VRBO** Upon arrival (at approximately 11/11:30PM), the secure location was not secure. Instead of needing a keycode to obtain entry, we simply pulled the door open. The unit was dimly lit with smooth jazz playing, over-heated and on first appearances, it looked cute and cozy. We quickly learned otherwise when my partner had to immediately CLEAN the bathroom so we could utilize the facilities....

"Wonderful place to stay and Erin was great. Asked about a Grill on the property and the next day we had a grill. The young adults loved the pool and water activities while the older adults enjoyed sitting on the docks watching the sunrise with a cuppa coffee. Would highly recommend this property."
