We stayed three nights on the third night we questioned why the room has not been cleaned and no tea and coffee replaced. we were told we have to ask the night before if we want the room cleaned, we said we should have been told this at check in. Great location
"Stayed for MBCC 2024 and it was a great base for the festival. It was only a 10 minute walk to the festival and also a 10 minute walk to tivoli gardens and the station. We had a captain room which was spacious and comfortable. The room was only cleaned every 3 days unless requested however if you needed anything reception were happy to help. Would definitely recommend as a base for exploring Copenhagen "
