The staff are super friendly and helpful.
The rooms are nice and not as small as I expected, and I very much enjoyed having aircon as I spent the last weekend in Copenhagen and it was between 25 and 28C.
I was impressed by the cleanliness in my room and the general state of the amenities.
However, I had a room on the 3rd floor, facing the railway and it was very noisy (I didn't want to have the aircon on all the time and would open the window overnight).
Also, although the hotel is not far from the central station, it's currently located near a construction site, and you can't find any places to eat nearby.
