The signs of life are a welcome sign, I'm grateful the owners don't spray the place to death like other rentals. The property is on the "highway" but it's barely noticeable. The home is very quiet and peaceful, except for the sounds of nature (like crickets at night). The location can not be beat. You're just slightly out of town in an absolutely beautiful area, but 3 minutes from the beach.If you're considering staying in Hana, you'll be delighted with this choice. Don't make the mistake of staying for too short a period. Hana has so much to enjoy."

"The host was super responsive to any questions asked. The house was clean and comfortable. Exactly like pictures and description. And a perfect location for accessing the Road to Hana and Haleakala National Park! To Hah"

"Relaxed vibe, nice location. 5 minute walk to the nearest beach, 20 minutes or so to the Red Sand Beach which was wonderful. We were four people and the place was perfectly sized for us. Ping pong table a nicetouch!"

"I chose this listing because it was on a flower farm and seemed in a quiet area. I never saw an actual flower farm but was immersed in the landscape. We were the only guests around and it was peaceful. It rained each night and morning we were there. The only negative for me was no air conditioning. I guess I missed that part in the listing. The host was very responsive and sent me information a month ahead. This cottage is also centrally located to many things to see and do! "
