"We loved this hotel! It is beautifully decorated, clean and full of old character. They have obviously done upgrades while maintaining the age and beauty. The staff were very helpful . The breakfast was also a great deal with lots of options. Great value. If we are ever in Bristol again, we would stay here in a heartbeat!!"

"I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Bristol. As a first time traveller to Europe, having stayed in busy London hotels, I was quite impressed by the relative size of the room. All of the different staff from booking, through check in and check out were so warm and hospitable. I would definitely stay here again. "Had 2 rooms booked for 2 nights Reception were helpful on checking in but the rooms were in separate buildings which was annoying for us and both on second floor so difficult with luggage on steep stairs. The double room had no TV remote and the soap by the hand basin didn’t work . They fixed it the next day but these should be checked prior to arrival !
